Application of Hydraulic Drilling Rigs ( DY Series )
DY series mining crawler drill are specially designed drill equipment, which can be widely used for surface drilling such as quarry, railway construction, road construction, small to medium mining operation and etc. High performance features higher penetration rate with lower fuel consumption. Adopt two independently gear pump to supply the oil. Working reliable, strong adaptability and convenient to maintenance.
Adopt gear drive and soft characteristics connection, structure compact and working stable.

3. Powerful feeding and rotating system
The feeding structure by large power hydraulic motor can supply strong torque reserve and reduce the sticking rate.
The feeding structure can supply a lifting power of 20N by large power hydraulic motor. Adjust the control valve on the operating valve can obtain the needed optimum propelling effort. |

Drill rig was designed with advanced hydraulic system and completely functional pneumatic system. centralized control ,operate easily.
Operating hydraulic maneuvering valve can be achieve lift ,swing of drill boom and drilling rig 's pitching ,swing ,forward and back,also can levelling track. Ensure the multilateral drill hole and the machine stability.
Operating pneumatic maneuvering valve, which can turn on the pump and make the machine feeding, rotating and impact, to ensure the efficiency of drill rock.

| 5. Adjustable drilling boom
Adopt adjustable boom, the dip angle of hole and level hole height can be adjusted by controlling the oil tank stretch out and draw back. Also enlarged the drilling scope and improved the adaptability.
